The LabelOn has been designed to be as easy as possible to change the settings.  The design makes recording mechanical and program settings straight forward.          This makes change-over from Job to Job easy and fast.  .

Touch Screen Controls are Provided on a Swivel Arm; making access to the Controls possible from both sides of the machine’s conveyor.

Mechanical adjustments are via Large and Solid Hand-Wheels.       You will not need to struggle when turning these adjustment.

All movements via mechanical adjustments can be recorded against reference rulers or graduation marks located on the machine

Tilt adjustments are provided on the label dispensing head(s) in two directions.

The Standard Label Gap Sensors are auto-adjusting to detect labels with variations in the backing paper thickness.

Label Thread Diagrams are located on the label dispensing head(s)
