   Using 5 Phase Stepping motors the Label Feed is controlled with a Label Feed Motor that can stop in any one of 1000 positions every revolution.  The Self Adhesive Label speed is set to accelerate match the speed of the passing product.  The product to be labelled is orientated and speed controlled so that product and label speed are accurately matched.

   The LabelOn modular Labeling Machine has accurately machined components that fit together as modules.  The precise mechanical and electronic control over the Labeling Machine modules with the ability to record important labelling machine settings leads to precise repeatable, reliable bottle labeling
